Paganism -- and the 7th principle of Unitarian Universalism, "Respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part" -- became part of the UU structure in the 1980s. We are the earth-centered spirituality branch, that takes lessons from the earth and all her children and applies them to our lives.
