Sunday Program: A Tribute to Nat King Cole

February 23, 2020 at 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

We’ll conclude Black History Month by celebrating the life and music of Nat King Cole, an American musician who became the first African American performer to host a variety TV series in 1956. He owes most of his popular musical fame to his soft baritone voice, which he used to perform in big band and jazz genres.

Mr. Cole’s musical legacy will be brought to life by local vocalist, Ms. Lily B. This program will fill you with joy, nostalgia and wonderment as it takes you on a heartfelt journey through Cole’s hits.
