What does it feel like to be confronted with ideas that conflict with what we know deeply to be true? What happens to our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors? Most importantly, how do we open our hearts and our minds to those who disagree with us, and to the possibility that we might sometimes be wrong? Oberlin UU member and psychologist Cindy Frantz will use insights from psychology to explore the deep spiritual practice of keeping an open mind and a loving heart.
