Religious Education for Chidren

Sheryl Chow will read two books, “I Am Enough”, by Grace Byers and “I Am Every Good Thing” by Derrick Barnes. Sheryl and Emily Williams will talk about the importance of loving yourself for who you are and how you can use yoga to show yourself love and be your best self. “Yoga is about getting to the true you, not copying someone else’s shape!” We’ll finish with a yoga session, so wear something comfortable!
