DESCRIPTION:“From Grief Comes Resilience\,” a conversation with Rev. Mary Grigolia: From Buddhism\, we learn to watch the mind\, to refrain from blaming\, to cultivate courage. Now\, as we deal with the anxiety about our democracy\, our environment\, and our treatment of each other (and the stranger)\, we can feel collective sadness for the suffering caused by fear and its agenda. By breathing with that grief\, we can discover peacefulness\, spaciousness\, a sense of strength and resilience. The future is not fixed. There is much to learn and do. All are welcome.
