DESCRIPTION:In this 2-hour workshop\, we will reflect on our needs and hopes for meaningful winter holidays this year. We will calm our minds and enliven our bodies\, hearts and spirits. The practice is designed for the 12 days of the winter holiday cycle: Dec. 21 through Jan. 1.  \n12 Days is a spiritual approach that complements winter holiday practices of all faith traditions.
