Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention

An event every week that begins at 3:15pm on Wednesday, repeating until October 4, 2017
This class consists of simple, non-impact exercises that are easy to learn, enjoyable, and provide many health benefits in a relatively short period of time. The one-hour class will begin with a free introductory session on Wednesday, September 6th at 3:15. Classes will be held at the same time the following four weeks. After the first free class, a suggested donation of $15 / session is requested. Instructor Ann Daniels is certified by the Tai Chi for Health Institute and is registered as an instructor with the Arthritis Foundation.
