Sunday Program via Zoom: Is there a Path to Peace?
Sunday, March 29 at 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
Our guest speaker Mick Bates will ask if meditation can help one find peace. If yes, how might that work for you? Does meditation offer something for everyone? There has been a growing interest in what is called “mindfulness” in recent years. Does one have to meditate in order to be mindful? The speaker will talk about his own spiritual journey related to mindfulness and meditation, sharing experiences and personal insights regarding his movement from knowledge awareness to experiential awareness. Please join us to consider the benefits of a mindfulness/meditation practice in your life.
Musician: Katie Cross, Service Assistant: Marianna Carney
Please note: Services in the sanctuary are temporarily suspended. Please join us remotely by Zoom (information to come) to participate in this service, and to learn about meditation classes that will be offered by Mick Bates, also via Zoom, in April.
