Learn Mindfulness Meditation. Connect via Zoom
Saturday, April 11 at 10:00 am - 11:30 am
Start or jump-start your practice
A mindfulness practice can be life changing. It is an opportunity to train your heart and mind in presence, compassion, loving kindness and the “here and now”.
In our world, we often lose touch with ourselves. Mindfulness is an opportunity to connect with the deepest part of who you are.
It can open many doors/insights into your spiritual path and your connection with the divine.
Life is full of schedules, activities, planning, and worrying. With a mindfulness practice, you can awaken, become aware, and participate in being – even when doing.
All are welcome.
When: Four consecutive Saturdays, April 11-May 2nd, 10-11:30 a.m. (4/11, 4/18, 4/25, 5/2)
Fee: $60 for 4-weeks or $20 per session. (Scholarships available)
Register by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
We’ll connect using Zoom. Information will be given to registrants before the start of the workshop.
Your instructor: Mick Bates is a local attorney and spiritual seeker / practitioner who is completing accreditation as a Mindfulness instructor. He has presented many well-received Sunday morning programs at Olmsted UU exploring spirituality.Share this:
